*Sundrop is a pre-shading and wash technique used to enhance miniatures right out of the box. It gives your game pieces a painted look without requiring any painting skills or extra effort from you. Each miniature is first coated in a base colour (usually grey, brown, or white), and then a dark wash is applied to highlight the details, such as folds in clothing, facial features, and textures. This creates contrast and depth, making the miniatures look more realistic and dynamic on the table.

While it’s not the same as a full hand-painted miniature, Sundrop offers a beautiful and cost-effective middle ground. It helps bring your game to life visually, especially in games with lots of character-driven or thematic elements.
